Team Fortress 2
TF2 Mouse Input Lag Problem
Hello! I've been having this problem recently where everytime I aim with anything, the screen locks up and prevents me from aiming properly, resulting in a misfire from where my target actually is. Now this happens to me also in Half Life (1 and 2) and I believe Left 4 Dead 2 as well. I haven't tried any other mouse, but I have tried with an Xbox-360 controller and that makes it sooo much smoother, but less playable due to the lack of buttons.

I've also heard that Vsync can also be a problem, but I've turned it off, along with Triple Buffering, even in Nvidia Control Panel and it still does it. I've even messed around with Max_FPS settings and frame capping settings to no avail. As a last resort, I even turned the graphical settings to its recommended for my system settings and even all the way to the lowest possible settings (it actually made my game crash surprisingly) and it still did it.

I get a constant 150 - 200 FPS in-game and the little lock ups make it feel like it drops to 19 FPS without showing me.

The mouse I use is a M705 Marathon Mouse by Logitech which is what I'm suspecting the problem is because it's not a gaming mouse.

Other parts in my system include:
Geforce GTX 950 x1
Intel Core I3-6100 x1
8 GB Ram (4GB x2)
Seagate BarraCuda 3TB Sata 6.0Gb/s 64 GB Cache Internal Bare Drive x1
MSI Pro Solution Intel Z170A PC Mate x1

I also have an LG Monitor hooked up to my computer that does allow FreeSync, however I have a NVIDIA Graphics Card and I was not aware of Gsync at the time which Idk if that could be the problem either.

I believe that's all the information I can really provide, what do you guys think? Is it just because of my mouse and do I need to replace it with a gaming one? If so, can anyone recommend any good, cheap gaming mouses to buy?

And I also apologize if this is not the correct place to type, after looking for hours and hours online to see if anyone suffers from the same problem, most people tend to resort to the turn Vsync off answer :/
