They don't trust Steam that's the problem they hate anything to do with internet the except of Mc cuz they thought it would be so nice when I was in 3rd grade

However, you still need to go to the bank, go in a line wait for an assistant to make an appointment with another person, talk for an hour or so, type in your pin, sign you card, then trasnpose some money
