There's a coach request feature in game, at the bottom of the pause screen.
you can also check the guides, if you want more detailed descriptions and such.

Tell someone to coach you
Or do the following thing:
1. Click on Find A Game
2. Click on Training
3. Finish All 4 Training + You get achievement
