Steam has standard release times and unless you pay $ you ain't setting your own release time.

It cost more money to release game on Steam outside of regular release window.

Dude... how infantile can you get?

Larian has studios in those "murican" time zones, and they naturally want to have all hands on deck for the release of this game.
Would have been self-evident, if you just stopped to think before going on such a ridiculous rant.

And there won't be any price hike come release, check the FAQ pinned to this forum for official confirmation.
