I have found all secrets in all levels, but the game doesn't give me the achievement for that. If I recall correctly the first secret in level 07 did not trigger the usual +1 secret found achievement popup. I tried getting that secret orb again several times, but it doesn't do the trick. Unfortunately this achievement is broken for me as well. It says 46 of 47 secrets found....

I have S-ranked all 11 levels but did not get the All too easy achievement. Is it broken somehow? I have to notice since level 4 campaign I switched to starting levels with the "Select" tab on the right in the menu. The list says I got S-rank in every level (score above 100000). I got the Welkin Road achievement for completing every level although the campaign says I'm at level 4, but I didn't get the All too easy achievement. It says I have S-ranked 10 out of 11 levels but that isn't true....

It's been in early access for almost 3 years now, despite plans for 4 or so months.
