the part of charging it or whatever is extremely slow and annoying. the reason for this is because if i just hold down the r button then it reloads(charges) EXTREMELY slow, is this a glitch? is it a problem? what, please tell me if anyone else has this happen to them.

I think (and I might be wrong) that it functions like the universal battery charger, except instead of pressing F, you're pressing R.

So try that, maybe.

Yeah you have to click mouse1 while holding R.

the only thing i like about the gun is it makes for a great trade in, where you get about, oh, 150 gold ammo.

ya that was epic xD especially considering the gun you could "buy" was (in my opinion) better considering this is a game mainly about stealth

I don't know about the lower difficulties, but I played through the game on ranger hardcore, and the volt driver killed everything but the librarians with one shot. Librarians took 3. Didn't try the tihar, but to me volt driver felt like the best gun in the game.
