Stuck in RIGA - need help

Hey boys, I just arrived in RIGA (after the first car ride) and a video started showing my friends and myself toasting with vodka at a table. one of the friend put some bullets on the table.
When toasting finishes and I stand up... I'm completely locked!
No action possible, no command from keyboard, only mouse wheel is working.
I'm really disappointed... any suggestion?
Have I to discard the game or is a possible solution available?
