I need help please. :/

Well, I just got Metro 2033 today, and I played it for about three hours, it was perfect, then I got off, and it started acting wierd to the point where it will not update, I have tried re-installing, viewing intergity, I have no clue what to do. ALSO, when I try to find the folder in C:/Program FIles x86/Steam/SteamApps/Common it will not show up. Help? :c

Try unloading the game and then re-installing. Could you have installed it onto a different drive or onto the c: drive but in a different location?

Ok I solved it. For anyone who does/might have this problem heres what you have to do.

1. Find the folder "Metro 2033" by searching the C: drive completely
2. Copy everything in the folder and make a back-up.
3. Uninstall Metro 2033 from your computer by going "Home" "Search Uninstall A Program" "Type Metro" "Uninstall"
4. Then (if prompted) uninstall it from steam.
5. After it has been uninstalled completely, go and copy the back-up that you made and paste it into : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common Make sure you make a folder named "Metro 2033".
6. Lastly you install it through steam, steam will then recongize all the files and it should be a fast install from there.
