Finally got around to finishing HL2 Series
Now I can understand why everyone wants HL3, I'm so with you now - I need to know who the bloody Gman is.

i heard a rumor that Gman is Gray Mann: the guy who unleashed the robot hoards in Mann vs machine.

Valve posted it on their site in 1998 before the release of the Game. They said that Half-Life is a simulated world just like The Matrix and that the Gman produced a replica of himself in it which is Gordon Freeman. That explains why he could stop time, take Freeman to places that are unimaginable, like @ the Half-Life 1 ending and stuff like that.

Yeah, that sounds highly unlikely. Half Life didn't have much interaction so it didn't matter at that point. But after HL2, which actually had main characters and lots of NPC interaction, I doubt Valve's going to tell people "Hey, you know all those characters we spent all that work to flesh out and make you care about? Yeah, none of them are real." I just don't see that happening.

Reading this, it makes me think if HL3 announcements is near, there will big ARG involving all Source games in Steam...

Its a stupid theory, but intresting if you think about. I mean yeah It makes no sense and I personally don't think he is Gorden but just saying you know?
