Clear sky or Call of Pripyat?

I've recently finished SOC, and I want more fun with STALKER, what other stalker game is worth buying for?

Well, the general opinion from most people is that Clear is sky is not a very good Stalker game( but I never played it so I don't really know)

Call of Pripyat is awesome, I feel that it's more open world than SoC, it's harder as well, there is also more stuff to do.
You can upgrade your suit/weapons/helmet.
there is just more stuff to do, really.
I'm playing with the Misery Mod, which makes this a true survival game, the mod is amazing, and it changes a lot of stuff, and I like it.
I just don't recommend if you are playing call of pripyat for the first time, it's way too hard.

Clear sky is a pretty good game, the only thing that is differant about it is it basically goes into a differant storyline, it's still a pretty fun game but and yu should play it before you play Call of Pripyat

I did SOC, COP, Then Clear Sky....then SOC Again. They are ALL good but it was fun to play SOC after Clear Sky for the story line effect. IMHO Clear Sky was a bit short

Clear Sky uses the same areas and feels a little cash-in like because of it. The new gameplay elements added (the faction wars) can also be bit too buggy at times, which is a real let down. If you avoided Clear Sky altogether, you wouldn't really be missing much.

CoP is a very solid game by comparison.

Play C/S. It is a diff game to SOC and COP but it is a very good game in its own right. have hundreds of hours play time with all games and all are well worth playing.

Clear Sky = SoC with a new area and some tweaks, it definitely IS a cash in. Call of Pripyat is excellent and is pretty much S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2

Call of Pripyat is, in my opinion, the best S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game, and is definitely surperior to Clear Sky - CS has quite a few annoying issues but I suppose, overall, it isn't a BAD game as such, just not as good as the other two...Shadow of Chernobyl is awesome as well

Buy both or at least buy CS now and CoP at some point in the future. CS is the worst Stalker game, but on its own is pretty good and definitely worth playing.

CoP is substantially better and much more stable than CS. Not to say CS is a bad Stalker game, but it's certainly the lesser title in the whole franchise. I know Stalker games have a reputation for being a bit buggy but CS took it to new heights. I don't think I've ever played a more buggy game than CS, corrupted saves, ctd's, glitches, etc were common. Even with the complete mod I still experienced a few issues in CS. Don't get me wrong though, it's a great game when it's working properly. If you can (or have already) buy CoP first, then CS later.

CS is fun and added a few new elements on top of SoC and imo had the best graphics in the series. Unfortunately, it was buggy, but wasn't too bad if you ignored faction wars, but it did add enough not to feel like a cash-in. CoP is definetely a HUGE improvement over previous stalker games though.
