Error starting?
Hello, I have an issue where every time I try play STALKER, it says the game is already running. Even if I shut down any steam processes through the task manager, it still says its running after I boot stem back up. I got it to work by messing with it and honestly I'm not sure exactly what got it to run the first time. Anyone else have this issue?

Your describing 90% of all CoP bugs haha. Make sure your shutting down the "X-Ray Engine" process, and maybe for good measure the steam one as well next time, then try again. This game was built on a very buggy engine that hates the world, but such is life in the zone.
