same problem here, i played this game on my laptop with windows 8 home (64bit) & it works just fine.

But, on my newly build pc wont work on windows 10 pro (64bit).

any fix?

Copy C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dpnhpast.dll to <path-to-game>\dpnhpast.dll.

Worked for me.
