SMB NOT DOWNLOADING!

Does anyone know anything about a bug when trying to download this game? I have tried for two weeks now and it continuelly returns a "steam servers are too busy to handle your request". Trying over 50 times, its not steam, its the game.

Also, every other game updates etc.
