Calm down kid, it's not the fault of the game it's your bad computer.

its not your computer its a problem with a file, to fix it just go into "steamapps\common\super meat boy\UserData" and delete "reg0.dat" then start the game again. (it will replace the file for you) this fixed it for me and others too. Enjoy!
