Runtime Error

So I just purchased the game, and everytime I run it it give me a "Runtime Error". I've tried putting "-windowed" into the launch options, but the game still seems to be trying to launch in fullscreen mode. Any help?

Thanks but if you noticed I already tried -windowed mode and got nothing out of it.

So for anyone who sees this, I fixed it my using a different monitor. So if you have another monitor try that one and see if it works.
