Super Meat Boy: No Right Sprint Jump

I can't sprint jump while going right, only left. I can sprint both ways, but only jump while going left.

I had an internal problem a few weeks ago, and tried asking Tommy Refenes, the game's programmer, for help. I got a reply almost instantly and he was very helpful and friendly; I'm sure he won't mind me referring you to him via Steam. Try e-mailing him about it at [e-mail] if nobody else answers on here, he knows more about SMB's internal workings than anyone else. Hope you get it fixed soon :)

If you're using a keyboard, it probably has to do with keyboard ghosting.

Test your keyboard here.[www.microsoft.com]

Change some keys around in your buttonmap.cfg file (in your SMB folder) and see if that makes a difference.

This fixed it for me. When I tested the ghosting, my keyboard wasn't working with the Right, Space and Shift combination. Changing jump to the C key resolved the issue.

Keyboard ghosting is basically the inability of the keyboard to handle certain sets of 3 keys at the same time.
