Controller worked after removing files (for MotionJoy)
I didn't realize this, but I had to delete the x360ce and xinput files from the \Steam\SteamApps\common\super meat boy folder to be able to use the controller. Maybe it'll help other people wondering cause it was a headache to play without one.
