Can't reset progress =(

After easily over 9 months since playing one of my favourite games, I saw the whole trading thing and wanted to play SMB afresh from the start for another 106% run.
Previously when I wanted to start afresh I'd delete the UserData folder in the SMB steamapps folder, and I'd start again with 0% (I've 106%'d the game around 5 times, so I know that functionality existed previously).
This time, however, when I delete the files they restart with my 106% progress - is there any way around this? I'd love to play through this game again from scratch

(I realise I can just play the game now as it is, but it doesn't have the same feeling for me - especially since you can't collect bandages anymore >_<)

EDIT: I found an old World 1 100% savegame.dat backup that I made; has reset my progress to 100% World 1, without more unlocked. That seems to have worked well.

In that case, would anyone be able to supply a 0% savegame.dat file for me please? That way, I'll be able to reset as I please!

Then move the savegame.dat file out of user data folder as backup, game will automatically create a new savegame file on startup

Click Steam tab in top left corner -> settings -> cloud -> first option

Just in case people didn't pick up on the implication. I'm saying I have a Super Meat Boy folder. I should mention it's not in a steam folder.. or in any folder. I just have a games drive and it's directly in there.
