Dr. Fetus Boss

Dr. Fetus Boss is unbeatadle for me. I just can't even be as fast as he. He go away much more ahead then saws, so i can't go for him. And when I reach the button, he already stay on the ground and can't fall. I watched the video and there he was much more slower then it is for me. Some strange bug, I think, so here is the question: anybody met with this?
