Keep getting meat boy stuck?

All he keeps doing is having blood splash out of him and not jump, seen it in the bugs list on the wiki but no fixes :(

Found the fix, windowed mode :( at least i can play now though.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM. Been a good game so far though!
