5-15x choke

had to watch a vid to see how to beat this lv as it seemed impossible. It looks like my enemies are spawnign at wrong time making lv unpassable. should be top 3 left pics of the problem. Did multi runs to try and get as many screenshots as possible to help give good idea and let you know that its not just me missing the right time to go between.

This is an issue I've also came across and yep, it's a real bug. It's pretty annoying when you find this error and you're doing your no-death achievement run.

But at least now you're concerned of this bug, so I suggest you once you do this level, be aware if the upper maggot appear to be wrongly downside, and if so. Just quit the level before you inevitably die and start it again. Do this a many times as it requires, and eventually the maggot will be where it is supposed to be.

I'm not 100% sure, but this could be due to slight lag. Have you tried lowering the detail level? It may not work, but it's worth a shot because lag can cause Dr. Fetus not to follow you on The End boss battle, which seems like a similar problem to this.

yeah it is probably lag, i lag a lot in this game. I have launch options set to meddetail. I can run new games like tomb raider fien but lag like crazy in a small game liek this :{

Yeah, I don't know what's up with that. Before the 3rd anniversary update, which added Linux and patched the Mac version, I had to play with -ultralowdetail to make the game run smoothly.
