Set Super meat boy out of resolution now can't play

I set the resolution of super meat boy out of my computer moniter's range, now when I start up the game, the screen is all black and the resolution error message saying to put it back in resolution pops up. The game's still functional, but i can't see anything.

use steam launch options to change it (google it) then change them in game and remove them from launch options
