My vote for the hardest level goes to...

...level 5 of the Kids Xmas Zone.

Holy ♥♥♥♥, I spent so much time clearing the Golden Gift achievement today. I beat the first four levels in 10 - 15 minutes and then ended up spending at least 3 hours grinding the last one out.
That point when you finally make it through to the last corridor and are about to do the double jump up to bandage girl... nerve wrecking. No room for mistakes at all in that level.

Now I'm sure there are other harder custom levels in the Super Meat World but from all the levels I've played so far this one plays in its own league.

What's your vote for the hardest level?

EDIT: By the way, I checked the global stats and was very surprised to see that 2.8% of the players have the Golden Gift achievement. That's more than the amount that have beaten the Glitch levels. That can't be right...

About your edit, for a while there was a reward for getting the Golden Gift achievement a couple years back iirc, so loads of people used that app that lets you just get achievements. Same story with the medium-rare achievement.

I definitely agree with this. The only reprieve is that you can take as much time as you want.

Mmm... xoxo top part always ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me over, I think it took me longer to clear that blind the first time rather than any of the stages at the Xmas pack.

But then again, I returned to the game a bit more "refined" from other games, so maybe a tie with lv5 Xmas and xoxo.

I think you can jump onto that one square of wall just above you, then -as the jump counter resets - you should be able to do a double jump to reach the wall on the far side.

Then again, I haven't played this level, so I'm not sure if what I have said will be 100% correct.

That's actually what I am doing. The yellow line doesn't indicate that I'm doing a double jump off of that square...but I am. Still can't get it. I've managed to get a little closer to that wall though but still off.

I too would like to see those numbers. I'm guessing it's the third hardest one to get. Despite the hell I'm going through on this stage in Xmas....it still seems more inviting than the no death runs in cotton alley. In other words, I think there will be just a tad more peps who achive xmas than cotton alleys.
