It is, in my opinion. If you don't rage easily you will just manage to finish it, but you'll need a lot of tries. If you have played and finished games like They Bleed Pixels, Defy Gravity or Hotline Miami without a problem, keep in mind that Super Meat Boy is a little bit more difficult that these.

This game is very difficult but not too difficult. It's less annoying and way more enjoyable than They Bleed Pixels. Buy they game if you haven't already.

In my opinion They Bleed Pixels is far away better than Super Meat Boy. Not that you can compare them easily, since the style is not the same, but I enjoyed They Bleed Pixels a lot more.
