Crash on startup?

The second I boot up the game, the game just crashes out immediately with the vague "mini-dump" error message. I have reinstalled the game, restarted my PC, verified files and deleted my saves (obviously backed them up beforehand) and nothing seems to work. Am I missing something?

try start game NOT using steam but manually from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Super Meat Boy (.exe)
if still not works try run it as administrator
