How do I play this with my ps4 controller ?

Try xbox controller

Hmm I thought for some games, like super meat boy and fez it was plug and play :s

It's plug and play for xbox controllers. Since PS4 controllers are new to the pc gaming world, most developers don't make their games compatible. All that program I linked does is make your PS4 controller act as an xbox controller.
