Crows Body Disapearing. Here's what you would have had...

Heya guys, when i fought Crow at the Earth Temple I experienced the 'disapearing body' bug, which meant i was unable to loot his corpse and proceed into the temple. I've tracked down the Item codes so if the same thing happens to you you can use the same work around I did.

Type 'Pommes' to enable console commands.
Hit ` to bring up the console
Type 'give It_Sla_Prizetaker'
Type 'give It_Wll_Crystal'

That should give you both the items that are on Crows corpse.

EDIT: If, like me, you got the Soul Caller hilt instead of the Kings Sword Hilt from Cooper then the code for that is: 'It_KingSword_Hilt'

I havent come across this bug, but out of interest does doing this affect achievements? (It looks cheaty although i know thats not the intent)

You know I have no idea.

I do know that achievements are horribly broken in this game. I've killed alot more than 10 giant crabs and massacare Turkeys everywhere I go but still can't unlock any but the most basic quest achievments.

Game's kind of broken overall. I would go as far as to NOT recommend this second installment to the franchise.

Risen 1 was a quality experience though. Let's hope they learned enough to not mess 3 up.

Edited first post to include work around for obtaining the Kings sword Hilt if Cooper gave you the wrong Soul Caller instead.

using cheats dont not effect achievements, and they are not horribly broken.
to get giant crab one tell your follower to wait back on ship and kill them solo (find a spot with acouple of them and save and reload till u have 10 kills) u can do that same with the Pet Cemetery one but i did that one with my follower.
the only achievement that might be broken is the Seafarer one, idk if u have to watch cutscene also or what cause ive traveled like over 20x already lol

ty, still actual problem with Crow´s body.
I almost used this. But than i tried to kill him again and again, and eventualy i found the body. Maybe becouse i killed the others from his group as first.

Played the Gothic-series and Risen ages ago, got a kid and ten years later decides to clean this backlog. Cheers for telling people about this bug. Internet can be amazing sometimes.
