Welcome, fellow hunters!

As a reward for our true fans, we are gifting the entire game for those brave adventurers who already own the full Van Helsing trilogy.

To redeem the free game, go to [deleted] and log in with your account.

EDIT: You have to set your profile to Public when you redeem the code. After that, you can go back to Private once again.

EDIT 2: If you have a duplicate code, refresh the code page and you should receive a new one. If that doesn't happen, write an email to support@neocoregames.com In the mail don't forget to mention your Steam ID and the key that you've received.

EDIT 3: After 8 years, we have decided to shut down the redeem site. We would like to thank every fellow monster hunter for their service.

If anyone is getting "Your steamID is" without any Steam ID and page saying that you're ineligible, try to re-login.

I contacted the support and asked kindly if they could update this thread since many people got the same problem. I'll edit this posting if I get the key via the support email.

Same here. I'll inform here once I acquire any feedback from them.
For people, there is a thread on the Neocore forums, they say 'it is still going! we need to fix the redeem page, for now, send emails for the redeem'

Yes, it's working again. Additionaly, I just received an email from their support team, and the feedback was warm and kind.

The site finally works! When I e-mailed Neocore many months ago to let them know that it wasn't functioning properly, some guy from support replied that I probably wasn't eligible for a Final Cut key and he couldn't help. However in all fairness he didn't seem to know at all what he was talking about. In any case the site just issued my key so I'm glad that I kept monitoring this thread for updates. Woot!

The "send" button on the site (for e-mail) still doesn't seem to work, but whatever, it's not a big deal.

In most cases, I personally handle the support mails, there has to be a huge misunderstanding about that case and I feel sorry about it.

Please contact me/us at support@neocoregames.com so we can figure it out and be sure that it won't happen again. :)
