The fact you are honouring your promise is good, but the attempt to wiggle out of providing those keys won't be forgotten. You've lost a lot of trust today that will extend over every platform you sell on ( I, for one, won't buy any further mobile title, and I had most of your releases). Apologising while still denying it (treating your customers as idiots) hasn't helped, there's more respect granted in owning up than still attempting to wiggle out of the blame.
