Solution for the unable to launch FFXIV updater error

It has a lot to do with permissions in your my documents folder. Simply go to:

C:\Users\<user>\Documents\my games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn

delete all the contents in there, and then right click on the folder itself; it'll be set as read only. Uncheck that.

You should be set after that. Boot up final fantasy XIV, and enter Eorzea.

oh finally it's work thanks! i do delete content in the folder a lot of time still getting error but is work now
