I'm on Windows 10 as well and updating my drivers didn't fix the problem.

Loaded up a previous save, turned off AA and ambient occlusion and my game turned to this. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=548610914 :steamhappy: Game runs worse than the previous version, at least for me.

win 10 with full admin rights - still crashes
diffirent game languages = still crashes
