he said he got *almost* everything right the timeline characters but there is something that's not true it probably phoneguy being purple guy

The parts they got wrong are probably those that are supposed to connect to FNaF 3 and 4. At the time, those two games didn't exist, so no one had the full story, automatically making everyone wrong.

He didn't actually die on Night 4. The Animatronic's broke into the room and Phone Guy/Purple guy ran into the safe room.

Since phone guy being the killer was the main conclusion, I think this lends some credibility to some variant of the notion. Perhaps phone guy is the pink guy, while purple guy is a diffeerent person?

Don't see why. There is a confirmed safe room as said by Phone Guy.

Except that he said "Back room" in his last phone call, not "Safe room" and so, the probality that he could run from the office to the safe room are really low when the animatronics surrounded him. If phone guy survived, then how do you explain the 5th phone call?

I do think it is possible to sprint and run away from the animatronics, but there is the problem with the theory that he ran and hid inside the saferoom :
1) If he really managed to run past the animatronics, why didn't he simply run to the exit? It would be way safer.
2) Saferoom at that time was baricaded. Do you guys really belive that one has time to destroy fake wall or remove planks, or whatever else was blocking it, BEFORE animatronics get you?
3) A person listening to the phonecalls would have no way of knowing about the saferoom, not to mention where it is, so telling him to check the empty suits there (another issue with the safe room theory) would be completely of no help for phoneguy.
4) Night 5 recording.
