In all seriousness, I think this game might do better if the controls were more friendly. The game concept is too simple for it to feel this weird. I couldn't even figure out how to get up the damn stairs. >_<

I am a huge fan of Night of the living dead and think that there should be co op. Also if you are going for that Notld feel then put some survivors somewhere to protect. The movie takes place mostly in the house so maybe you could make the game have some sort of generator and you have to protect it or power goes out and it gets dark or something on screen.
