The linux version is listed but seem to be a closed beta. Is there any eta on makeing it a public beta or available for all ?

I'm just working on it. I'll put it to beta and remove password when it's ready - don't expect it to work straight away, I'm totally sure it will be broken.
Oh, also the beta will include a new FS patch (antialiasing, window resize[i.imgur.com] and some other features). It still has some bugs (I need to solve them with the dev of runtime we are using).
