Fallout 1 on Windows 10

Hello, so i wanna ask if anyone is playing fallout on windows 10 and his overlay is working because when i was playing it on 8.1 it was working just fine but this time it's not, not even with Fallout Fixt and i made it run through steam. If anyone can help, i'll be glad.

I play it on Windows 10. The only problem that I have is that the sound effects have stopped working (which can be fixed with the Fixt mod).

I actually made the fallout fixt to be the default when you press play in your steam library and it even tracks hours but my overlay is not working :/
