I have completed all the tasks - eventhough the "save the baby"task still shows as incomplete - not like I can go back and do it again- and it says I have 2 quests left to complete? I am unable to get more money as I saved over the last spot where I had a chance at battle, so I can't buy all the super weapons. What am I missing? This is frustrating. After 22 hours of play I hate to not get the completion....

Are all characters exacly the same in every playthough or is there some sort of character progression system that I have control of such as skill points, feats, traits, anything?
