THEMIDA, Help please

Help, I just bought the game and tried to start it but whenever I do so I get a Themida error code... I googled it and searched for ways to solve it but apparently none of those worked for me. Anyone got the same problem or Ideas?

Can you link me the ways to try to fix it ?,it just gives error after starting a single player game then never loads just infinite screen :(,

The THEMIDA error only occures on systems where there is memory hacking going on. You need to scan your system if you are not aware of these programs and if you are, you need to disable them or uninstall them.

This is a Unity issue to protect the unity sourcecode.

I have let Avira Antivirus go through my pc TWICE now. I do not know what to do.

Try to install the program in clean boot and check if it helps.

Themida error

Hi, I've played the game for about 4 hours yesterday, then today when i went to play I keep recieving this Themida error. I'm running windows 8 and i don't honestly understand what's causing it. I tried shutting my antivrius off and that didn't do anything. Help please

Have steam do a cache check or save your files elsewhere and delete the game and re-install. What happened was something on your computer changed a core file for the game and it went into self-defense mode to keep its assembly hidden while in memory (so it can't be cracked).

I've uninstalled it twice now, and had steam check the cache. At this point i'm getting very annoyed because i was really enjoying playing the game and would like to be able to play again. If anyone knows a way to fix this, that would be awesome

Got the same problem along with some people who opened numerous threads here about it. It seems like many Vista users encounter this problem.

They removed vista from supported OS.

I actually figured it out for my windows 8. I just removed steam then reinstalled it, and it reset everything and has been working perfectly now. if all else has failed, you could try that.
