How long were you playing before it started crashing? Also, does it crash after a certain amount of time or when you do something specific?

I did find this other thread where some people seemed to have fixed it by doing a clean driver install:

You might want to check if your GPU is overheating before it happens. Limiting the framerate and/or enabling vsynch might help. You can limit the framerate by adding this line to the ini file:
FPSLimit = 60
Where 60 can be any number. The ini file is found in %APPDATA%\Exanima (type this into the Windows Explorer address bar or the run box).
