Steal the Truck (Vito Missions) bugged?

This is my third mission for steal trucks but this time i have this:

No trucks, the mission is bugged?

Is possible fix it?

If your rackets are at Max Earn then the vehicle will not appear until you take on more rackets.

Not quite sure what you mean, the Steal The Truck missions raise Vitos earn potential, there is a bug here but it's in that the mission should not appear on your map if you are at Max Earn (if you hover over Vitos rackets with your mouse you can see how much they are earning and their maximum earning potential.

There is nothing you can do other than ignore the missions if you are Max Earn (if they look something like 50000/50000 for Vitos rackets), if you give Vito a new racket (which might look like 32000/50000) and try the mission again then the truck will be there. It's the same with the other Underbosses optional missions which increase Earn, in Cassandras case the boat will not be there if her Earn is maxed out. It's one of many indications that the game was rushed to release.

When you seize a new block, you first steal its rackets and underbosses. Those you run after, and to max out their capacity (and unlock more content from vito cass and burke) you can do you one mission (always the same for each of your associate,1 mission per racket you run). This one from Vito keeps appearing as an active objective even though all your rackets are maxed, thats a bug yeah, no fixes. If you havent maxed or captured all rackets just keep going and dont mind it.

the whole game is bugged... but i realized the Irish missions were the most bugged...
couldn´t finish them and don´t want to there is also no fix for it.
