Okay it's happening to me too and I've done everything I could think of to fix this issue. I literally just played last night and had no problems until the update today. As soon as you start the game it says "creating squad" and that error pops up " 6-0x00001000" -I click Okay/Close whatever and it goes right back to "creating squad" it does not go to the main menu or anything and it's becoming really frustrating. WTF UBISOFT

try restarting : internet and pc

I did that. I moved install directory to default drive. I reinstalled the game. I verified integrity. I reset router and reinstalled Uplay. Literally nothing happened until this update for some reason. And support doesn't do ♥♥♥♥.

open it in windows 7 compatibility mode(try also other versions of windows) worked for me

I'll try it once the game is installed for the third time on a different drive. I'm pretty sure it's a NAT/networking issue for select people. Tons of people are having this issue on reddit.

Yeah they're on the same drive. Thanks for trying to help, but changing the compatibility mode of all exe files to windows 7 didn't work. Grrr

I thought this was only me. NO ONE is talking about this issue
