Hello Folks,

Since the huge Update from the 21st April I have a big Problem and hope you can help me.
"I join a Server and its loading the Map but after this I only see the Map from the birds eye view but I dont have the window with select Team of Weapons and I cant use the Keyboard it doesnt react of any hits like ALT+F4 or ESC ...I have to close the prozess" but I cant play the game.
And I have already tryed to solve the problem with game reinstall but its nothing happend the problem is still there )-: .

Sys Specs:

CPU : Intel I5 2400 3.1Ghz

GPU: Geforce GTX 670 2GB

RAM: Corsair XMS 2x 4GB = 8GB

MAINBOARD: Asus P8Z68L-VX

POWER SUPPLY: Be Quiet Pure Power L8 630W

IT sounds like you are being disconnected from the server during the join but your client is loading the map anyway. In Unreal Engine terminology this is a client time out. If you run security software make sure the game is on any allowed/ignore list, and if it already is, try removing it and re-adding it as the software may not recognize the patched game.

I disabled my only secruity software "Avast Internet Security" but its the same problem...
is there maybe a Log that i can post here =?

Disabling security software generally doesn't actually disable it (the security software has lower level access to Windows then you do). If you feel comfortable with a uninstall/test/reinstall/test that would be more conclusive.

Yea that means your computer has stopped getting information in from the server and server browser like its traffic is being throttled or blocked.
and what can I do ? my Firewall and Anti Virus is Offline now

All this confirms is that you are getting time outs. Now it's a matter of figuring out if it's due to packet loss caused by security software as suggested by the developer or if it's related to packet loss due to network/internet connectivity which you can test by trying to do a ping -t or (IP of the server maybe) not sure if they will accept ping request but you can try when satisfied with the ping results do a ctrl+c to stop it and you will need to do this through command prompt. You can also do a traceroute to see where along the network it's flaking out by doing a tracert (ip address of server). hit print screen and post it here if you see any * in the results then you have some packet loss over your network/internet. with the traceroute it will show you were along the network/internet path it's flaking out.

My Firewall is Off but it does not change anything
