Japan vs Russia

There should be a map for Japan vs Russia. I think japanese can handle russia tank without having own tanks because i realized that mostly the tanks were destroyed by anti-tank bomb or gun not by tank vs tank.

I think that Khalkin Gol would be a good idea except that it wasn't a part of World War 2. Soviet - Japanese war of 1945 means that USSR gets weapons of that period, which outmatch Japanese so there will be no way to balance the gameplay.

By that time Japanese had only anti-tank rifles and small calibre anti-tank guns which could not penetrate T-34-85's armour - the main Soviet battle tank of that era. Their anti-tank weapons couldn't penetrate almost any tank armour of most warring countries by 1943.

But i think the japanese might able to handle the russian tank in this game by using anti-tank bomb or maybe with kneel mortar ............

Realistically would be so one-sided it just wouldn't be playable... but a couple of infantry-only maps might be quite interesting to play - current Soviet weapons would be on a similar par to the American ones, so gameplay coule maybe have a similar asymmetric feel albeit for gameplay and wouldn't reflect history.

One major problem though...Battle of Stalingrad happened because Stalin's spies found out that Japan had no intrest in attaking the USSR, so Stalin recalled all of his troops to the western front. Japan and the USSR never fought one another on the battlefield 'spite being at war with each other. Most famous battle betwin the two countries is when Japan bombed a passing russian car.

Knee mortar is useless against armor. Unless you're shooting a jeep.

There were major battles around Manchuria and Korea. They did fight.It lasted for 3 weeks and 3days

Knee mortar is useless against armor. Unless you're shooting a jeep.

I used HE round to shoot russia tanks and it did kill the tanker. May be only the HE round from tank can match against tank.

True. Also Americans were never actually fighting Germans or Italians, and Germans capitulated simply because they were bored that noone wants to fight them.

I wouldn't call the Kuril Islands annexed territory, those islands pretty much belong to Japan as far as territorial rights go (let's be honest, they are right next to the Hokkaido and a long distance away from Russia). The Russians liberating alot of annexed territory in Mandchuria sure is true though. Also agree that the Russian invasion at the end of the war was quite intense on some islands and deserves to be represented because it was the deciding factor that made Japan surrender in the end.

I'd even argue that USSR vs Japan is more balanced than US vs Japan because of the lack of M1s and Flamethrowers, while still having some better weapons (MGs, MPs and a few semi autos) that balance out Banzai. Especially in campaign mode. Give the russians a T-34 and the JIA an Anti-Tank and engineer class to handle them, I'm pretty sure the Japps had some sort of AT-Rifle that can be used for that purpose. Me wants naow.

Japan and Soviet Union fought at the end of ww2 like 3 weeks before it ended! It was way one sided with the japenese getting slaughtered and russia got into manchuria korea and northern japenese islands! Look it up also japenese fought with germans in a u boat campaign around island of maddisgasgar! Look it up they had german ♥♥♥ spies in india!

Japanese could just have banzai perks charging into Soviet tanks, into the common soldiers of the Red Army. If they commit septuku with a nade before bleeding to death, they dont lose tickets.
