Fps ayarlar en low da ikende 15 en high dayken de 15 fps neden böyle bilen var mı ?

Whatever language that is, try switching to DX9 in video menu. It looks worse but the DX11 performance is terrible. I got a 1070 and have less then 15 FPS and constant hitching and slowdowns. DX9 gives me a steady FPS between 120 and 144.
