black screen

no picture but i do have sound. i am using windows 7

when i first bought the game it was working fine now i get a black screen with sound but no picture. i am running windows 7

it was working fine first now its just black
and i dont like it

I do have the same issue. I tried what @Sentinal told. but it didn't work.

using windows 10 64-bit and just got the game works fine for me.
post your PC specs when asking for help and people might be able to help better.

I'm also running Win10 64 Bit, 4 GB Ram & 1 GB GT525M

laptop? did you varify cache, run as admin, run in compat mode, go into the games folder and run dx manually? most of the time that solves my problems. it ould be because laptop cards are not supported even though it may work with other games.

I played a pirate version of the same game few weeks back. It worked perfectly. I'll try your methods. Thanks

drm is meant to prevent people who legally purchase games from playing them. there is no other reason for drm but to prevent the paying customer rom playing the games they bought.

Same issue none of this stuff is helping. Black screen but getting sound

OK so i fixed it ! HOPE this will help someone else with same issue. IT will not run off external memory. So i deleted the game and put on the actual PC. Worked fine after. IF you store everything on a standing 3 terabytes like i do.. this might be your issue. FIST game i've found with an issue with this but sure enough moving the file location to the internal memory Worked !!

i know my english is rough but it's not that rough, My blackscreen issue was solved by moving the game from external hardrive ( like standing memory ) to the PC itself

same problem...i tried the fix above but always black screen...help me...i've win 10
