v235 Won't launch

Just finished installing the patch and it won't launch. Second player on my VoIP server is now reporting the same issue. Awaiting the others to install but expecting the same.

This was some code related to localization that was supposed to be defined out of use at the moment, but snuck into the final build.

Maybe one of these days I'll share one of our bug sheets publically so people can see all the stuff we do find before we break our builds last minute ;D
