Thanks so much for sharing I went ahead and added the sections to the list, feel free to share with the other members of the group if they are interested in sharing their personal accounts as well as we recently also started a thread for that here:

I do a bunch of VN resources myself (it's a bit of a hobby) I'm glad I could be of help! Plus, it helps us build up our group to be more known! It's grown quite a bit in just the three months I've had it up! XP
I currently don't charge any money so check out my link if you're intersted and get back to me via email or PM.

Damm, I let my excitement get the better of me, bought this after I read a few short reviews because the price was so low.
Now I see that I'm not going to be able to make something serious with this.
It's made for people that can actually design their own characters, backgrounds etc...
If you can't do that or simply don't have the time, you can't really get started with a serious project.
I'm a writer that's currently working on a book and I already have 255 pages on that but I'm not an artist. I consider myself to be a good writer that can come up with interesting stories in a fantasy/mystery setting.
But I definitely can’t design characters and backgrounds, I simply don’t have the time or skill to do that.
And yes, it's good that there are sites that help you a bit with this problem but you would still have to find out what kind of license each one of these images will have before you use it.
Apart from that you'll have to translate many sites before you can use them because they're mostly in Japanese of course.
The program is easy to use and I like the UI but I can't really do much with it at the moment, I guess I'll wait and see if a solution comes along.
I’ll probably play around with it a little longer and post a review stating that it is a great program for artists that are interested in making a VN but that it’s pretty much useless for people like me at the moment.
While I do understand your position its still a pretty viable program for writers like yourself as the biggest complaint in the art is that it is not close enough... while there is still free images out there its all a matter of are they already placed in the library or do you have to place them yourself.
The problem with that is only you know how you want your images to look and we could still be in the wrong that its "not enough" still because it doesnt fit a given style or isnt what someone is looking for. With your talent I am sure that you could convince an artist to pick up your project and I do suggest you check out: http://steamcommunity.com/app/345370/discussions/0/611701360829978801/ as we already had a couple artist give their info that you can look into.
And ofcourse we are wanting to use the steam workshop and if we can get that going that would really make this a side point and the resource thread wouldnt really be needed at that point.
I appreciate you took the time to reply this fast :)
It's by far the easiest program I've used to make a VN, so I'm not saying it's bad or anything.
It'll just be a lot harder right like this, especially since I would be working on my book and a new VN if I were to start one.
That's my only complaint. If someone wants to start a serious project without having to worry about different licenses and crediting all of the artists involved, he can't right now because it's not easy at the moment. But you seem like nice devs so far so I think it'll definitely get better later.
It's just my opinion about the way things are now, I am optimistic though :)
It's nice that you're planning on using the steam workshop that will definitely be helpful for people like me.
I look forward to using it that's for sure, I don't regret buying it or anything.
I was just a bit shocked and disappointed when I found out that I would have to search all over the internet for VN resources.
I guess it's my fault for not paying attention before I bought it :p
