My specs:

AMD X4 Athlon 635 2.9 Ghz ( 4 Core )
4 GB RAM
Amd Radeon HD 7790 ( 1 GB )
1440-900 monitor resolution

Should be fine. It will run on a wide range of hardware. As for the specific graphics quality settings you might want to use however, I couldn't say.
