Click the game and get a loading sighn for a sec and then nothing

This is the third game that has done this to me first it was trine 2 then it was a sonic game now it is this game! i want to be able to PLAY the games i PAID for!! all is what happens is i click the game it loads on the mouse for a second then NOTHING please help me or i will be very upset for paying 45 dollars for nothing and then getting a refund
