arma 2 oa broke

i tried to reinstall steam deleted all files in steam directroy
and still no fix

the error 1 at launch (the boxes part) : Faild to load file "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead\pmc\addons\air_pmc.pbo"

the error 2 (ingame) : No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgVehichles/SurvivorW2_DZ.scope'."
and exit right after

i have all dlc installed and @EVO / @Dayz Mod


PLZ HELP

EDIT : i cant get into the game too
