Uplay is not working for me, I try putting it on offline mode but it needs a first time sign in. This is the old version of uplay and I sign in with my steam account so login here is impossible. Is there a way to disable it?

It's nice you released a patch after all this time for fixing the crash at startup, even though most of us already circumvented this by blocking the games exe in our windows firewall. Grab the "fixed files" from here https://gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_zombi.shtml#zombi%20v1.0%20 And replace the Uplay dll with the ones in here. Bypasses the defunct Uplay completely. Got this working on my steamdeck as well. Just do the exact same thing....
